📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining experience is memorable.
• Manage tables and seating arrangements to optimize dining space and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently using POS systems.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
