📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Lead the HR team in managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify talent needs and develop succession plans.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership.
• Certification in SHRM-SCP or PHR is a plus.
• Proficient in HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and improve HR processes.
