📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for acquisition, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Negotiate and finalize land acquisition agreements with stakeholders, including local communities, government bodies, and private landowners.
• Conduct due diligence on land parcels, including environmental assessments, legal checks, and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with legal and environmental teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage and track the progress of land acquisition projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition, property development, or a related field.
