NEXA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.,Mentor and develop junior engineers and staff.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
