📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on the hiring process.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and tracking progress.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referring parties.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
