📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Negotiate contracts and deals to secure sales.,Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote our products.,Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
