📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new recipes and menus.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Ensure timely and efficient service to customers.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff.
