In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software and hardware products. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that our users can effectively use and understand our products. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent writing skills, and is passionate about technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software and hardware products,Collaborate with product development teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly instructions and manuals,Update and revise existing documentation to reflect product changes,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Ensure that all documentation is consistent and follows company style guidelines,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials,Participate in training sessions to help users understand and use our products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience with medical or healthcare software is a plus,Understanding of software development processes,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
