📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and tracking accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments from patients and other clients.
  • Monitoring and analyzing receivables to identify and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly and annual financial reports for accounts receivable.
  • Collaborating with the finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounts receivable.
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and clients, addressing any concerns or issues related to billing and payments.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
