📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver engaging and effective learning materials and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the success of training initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other learning management systems.,Familiarity with learning and development metrics and evaluation techniques.,Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs.
