As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a pivotal role in our luxury resort's kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to prepare and present dishes that delight our discerning guests. You'll be responsible for specific stations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in every dish you create. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge kitchen equipment, including state-of-the-art ovens, grills, and sous vide systems, while collaborating with a talented team of chefs and culinary professionals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef.
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff.
• Work efficiently within a 5-day work week schedule.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end kitchen.
• Proven experience in a luxury resort or fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software, such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
