📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Crew Member in ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Help maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist customers with their needs and provide information as required.,Support the Crew Member in managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are adequate.,Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.,Learn and understand the company's products and services to better assist customers.,Assist in training new employees and ensuring they are up to date with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills are a plus.,Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
