📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring that they are motivated and productive.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new team members, ensuring that the best candidates are hired.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.
