PT Kencana Tani is seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Bogor and from home. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
