📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new staff members,Conduct one-on-one training sessions to help staff members improve their skills,Create and deliver training materials and presentations,Monitor the progress of staff members and provide feedback,Collaborate with the management team to ensure that training programs are effective,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies,Assist in the organization of staff development workshops and events,Maintain accurate records of staff training and development activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with basic training and development techniques,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
