In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of store crew members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of store crew members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.,Oversee daily store activities, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and sales performance.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.,Train and develop store crew members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor store sales and performance metrics, providing regular reports to the store manager.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company health and safety regulations.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a retail environment, preferably in a store management position.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail management or leadership are a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
