As the lead, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Stay informed about company policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in a hotel, resort, or similar establishment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to hospitality industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
