📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and development,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and coaching sessions,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure learning programs align with business goals and objectives,Work with technology team to integrate learning solutions into existing systems and platforms,Provide guidance and support to employees on learning and development opportunities,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on professional development and training,Strong background in instructional design and e-learning development,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
