📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the office premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities.,Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain and update security records, including incident reports and visitor logs.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, and address any concerns or issues they may have.,Train and supervise junior security guards to ensure they are well-prepared to handle their responsibilities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security guard roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Valid security guard certification or license.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Proficiency in using security equipment, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.,Previous experience in a corporate or high-security environment is a plus.
