As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our materials and services.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and consistent supply.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their material and service needs.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
