📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.,Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.,Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.,Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and sales.,Assist in restocking and organizing the checkout area as needed.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems.,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is required.,Willingness to work remote and independently.
