Duta Hana Shop is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to our employees.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with our company's goals and objectives.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of training programs on employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong understanding of our company's products and services.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
