MBH Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing promotional strategies in various malls across Bali. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Manage and execute mall promotions, including display setups, product placements, and in-store activities.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or promotional industry.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other marketing software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
