Macquarie Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Business Compliance to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a fixed-term contract position for 9-12 months. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Monitor and assess compliance risks across the business, identifying areas for improvement and mitigation.,Lead and mentor the business compliance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective compliance management.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Collaborate with senior management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices, and ensure the business remains compliant.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in business compliance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and data protection laws.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
