Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team to maintain a positive work environment.,Monitor team progress and report to senior management as required.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at team meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.,Familiarity with HR management systems and software.,Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
