🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the banking industry.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in banking or financial management is a plus.
