As our Chief Mining Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing mining strategies, managing technical and operational aspects, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement mining strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable operations
• Manage technical and operational aspects of mining projects, including feasibility studies, resource estimation, and mine planning
• Oversee the development of environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA) and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Lead a team of mining consultants, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel involved in mining operations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 5 years in a consulting role
• Proven track record of successfully managing mining projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of mining regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certifications such as Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.), Certified Mining Professional (CMP), or similar are a plus
• Experience with mining software such as Vulcan, Datamine, or Surpac is a plus
