📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
• Manage and optimize the use of facility resources, including utilities, equipment, and materials.
• Develop and maintain facility management policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in facility operations.
• Leverage advanced software tools like SAP and Microsoft Power BI for data-driven decision making.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations, such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Certifications in Facility Management, such as Certified Facility Management Association (CFM) or similar.
• Proven experience in implementing and monitoring energy-saving initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, including SAP and Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of international standards and regulations, such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
