As the Manager, Procurement (Contracts and Tender), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible deals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and legal requirements.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that procurement processes are integrated with other business functions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and tender management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on contracts and tender management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving procurement efficiency.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Professional certification in procurement or a related field (e.g., CPSM, CPO, or CIPM) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
