📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and quality standards.,Ensure that all baked goods are fresh, delicious, and meet our high-quality standards.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and ingredients.,Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.,Collaborate with the team to ensure that all orders are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a bakery or food service environment.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.,Familiarity with Indonesian and/or international baking standards and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.,Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
