📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
• Analyze shipping requirements and recommend cost-effective solutions using air, ocean, and road freight.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Utilize logistics software such as EZocean’s proprietary system and CMA CGM’s Freight Manager.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting freight forwarding.
• Assist in training new team members on sales techniques and software.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of air, ocean, and road freight logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as EZocean’s system or CMA CGM’s Freight Manager is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
