You will create engaging and effective lesson plans, incorporate real-world examples to illustrate mathematical concepts, and use a variety of teaching tools and technologies, such as interactive whiteboards, educational software, and online resources. Your daily tasks will include conducting classes, providing one-on-one tutoring, and assessing student progress to ensure continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons for students of various ages and skill levels.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring to help students overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
• Create and implement lesson plans that incorporate real-world examples to illustrate mathematical concepts.
• Use a variety of teaching tools and technologies, such as interactive whiteboards, educational software, and online resources.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teachers and other tutors to develop and implement educational programs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love for mathematics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mathematics tutor or teacher.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics up to high school level, including algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Familiarity with educational software and online resources.
• Certification in teaching mathematics (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.
• Passionate about inspiring and educating the next generation of learners.
